Accessibility at 58th Street

We want every guest to step into our temple of jazz with confidence and comfort. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about access at 58th Street, so you can fully surrender to a night of total immersion.

Access and Arrival

Step-Free

The ground floor of the venue is wheelchair accessible - from street level there are two steps down into the venue, however there is a portable ramp available at the entrance to assist with access.

The nearest disabled parking bays are located on Bournemouth Road, just a short walk from the venue.

Seating & Viewing

There are two wheelchair spaces available in our Cabaret Dining section for guests who wish to remain in their wheelchair during the performance. Unfortunately for safety reasons we are unable to assist with transfers in or out of wheelchairs, and may requests that guests remain in their wheelchair during the performance.

Please note: for those in Rail Dining seats, please be aware that these are back-supported stools accessed via stairs. There is a single step up to reach our VIP champagne booths.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a BSL interpreter or hearing loop available. We know access needs vary, and we’re always open to hear about different ways we can support your visit where possible.

Booking & Support

If you’d like to book tickets or need more detail, contact our concierge team with your preferred show date, performance time and ticket type and we’ll be happy to help you descend into a world of wild Harlem jazz for a night you’ll never forget.
